Partner Yoga : Connection Practice

  • online via Zoom (live + recorded) (map)

This virtual partner yoga workshop is designed to cultivate connection and presence between partners, friends, roommates and/or family members who are able to safely share physical space with each other.

Alex will guide a gentle sequence of beginner-friendly partnered yoga poses that focus on human connection and nervous-system-soothing touch. In the style of yoga therapy, Alex will offer reflection prompts to help you metabolize this historic time, locate your place within these systems we’re navigating, and uncover parts of yourself that will move our world forward, through your sphere of influence. You’ll move together, breathe together, and talk to each other from a meditative head and heart space.

This workshop is platonic-partner-inclusive, so any kind of quarantine-safe partner will do. The intention of Alex’s yoga therapy approach is to help you connect more deeply to your wisdom and discernment, and fuel your ability to be the change the world needs.

Workshop happens live via Zoom AND will be recorded and shared with all registrants, with unlimited access for 14 days. So even if you can’t attend the live event, you can use the recording on your own schedule.

Register and pay once, and your fee will cover both partners. Workshop prep emails and Zoom connection info will be sent to the email address of the primary registrant. For the workshop, you and your quarantine-friendly partner should be in the same physical space. My apologies to those who are excluded by this workshop due to not having safe access to another human. I see you.
