POSTPONED: Fear to Fierce Part 2: Exploring Self-Sabotage

Workshop postponed as of Tues. June 2nd in solidarity with amplifying BIPOC voices this week. I will be directing funds, attention and energy towards supporting, amplifying and uplifting racial justice. Thank you for flowing with this change, as we constantly shift and adapt to help move our world, and our full selves, towards embodying justice.

If you’re a white person, I ask that you consider donating your $$ to groups, individuals, and organizations at the front lines of social and racial justice. And to invest the time in self-reflection, self-care,  and connecting to your wisdom. How and where can you plug in to help your community forward? Please don’t ask people of color for advice, opinions or free labor. Please do connect with other white people around this, to create mutual accountability and stoke the fire of real action. Also, learning is action.

I'm also aware that we need spaces where we can process and get fuel and clarity for how we participate in our individual and collective healing. I'll be stepping in and up to offer space like that with updated offerings when the time is right.

Reconnect to body and meditative awareness, and use journaling and discussion to reflect on your own process of transforming impostor syndrome and befriending your inner critic. We’ll take a trauma-informed look at self-sabotage and ways in which success, compliments, and joy might actually feel unsafe to our nervous system. Space of Q&A and exploring new insights so that you can keep evolving towards your fullest expression of yourself to be of service in the world.

This event will be recorded and accessible for 14 days after the live event. This is a follow-up event for anyone who participated in — or watched the recording — of Fear to Fierce: Transforming Impostor Syndrome.
