Slow flow, yin and restorative yoga come together in this 90 minute practice co-taught by Alex Bauermeister & Brenna Matthews. The first half takes you through fluid, meditative movement, preparing you to spend the rest of class in floor-based, supported postures. The marrying of mindful movement and stillness gives your body, heart, mind & energy a chance to release, re-set and renew.
