Grab your mat, a journal, and a pen to join Alex in this 90-minute virtual yoga therapy workshop. Alex will guide you through mindful movement, meditative stillness, and journaling prompts to help you nourish each layer of self -- energy, physical body, mind, emotion, and higher self (the Koshas). Poses will be options-based to support your nervous system where it's at, moment by moment. We'll close with optional sharing to nurture community connection and fuel our hearts.
We’ll connect through Zoom. Mat, blocks, blanket, and cushion is recommended — whatever helps you get cozy and supported. Also bring your journal and pen, since this workshop includes writing time (for which you could substitute internal reflection instead).
* Workshop will be recorded and available for 7 days. This way you can practice on your own time if you miss the live session, or repeat the class if you want to re-take for self-practice.
